I think the only pice I haven't used is the 12 inch everyday pan, and that's simply because I'm only cooking for two, and there's no need for such a large pan at the moment. My only complaint is that I wish that everyday pan had one long handle and a helper handle, instead of two helper handles. Other than that, I love it. Cooks very evenly, extremely easy to clean, and the handles stay nice and cool. Not too heavy, but not flimsy at all.
